Nutrition is a personal experience as everyones goals are different. Nutrition can be a confusing topic to navigate due to all the information readily available online with vastly different approaches. One thing that is certain is everyone should avoid all the trends and gimmicky diets that preach cleanses and extreme detoxes. There is no substitute for real foods in the right amounts and these are widely agreed upon principles when it comes to the quality and quantity of your intake. The Cordis Nutrition program will focus on these principles.

NUTRITION & ACCOUNTABILITY


Nutrition Plan/$199: For existing members only. You’re already training with us, now let us help you fine tune your nutrition needs! This package will be tailored to meet your goals and is 6 weeks in duration, it includes:

  • Personal Meal Plan (grocery list, recipes, resources etc)

  • Weekly check-ins/weigh-ins in person

  • Semi-daily accountability check-ins

  • Online community


Accountability/$99: For existing members who have already completed a challenge or nutrition plan. This package is in place to keep you on track with your goals and make sure you still have guidance and are held accountable, it’s 6 weeks in duration and includes:

  • New goal setting/maintenance plan

  • Weekly check-ins/weigh-ins in person

  • Semi-daily accountability check-ins

  • Online community
